The RoamForce Guarantee

The RoamForce Guarantee allows customers to return/cancel their order provided they do so within 30 days of purchase and have not used more than 5 minutes of airtime. Customers who return/cancel their order will receive a refund for all hardware minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. In event if customer have used the Free Phone Unlock promotion by RoamForce, customer will be billed for the full cost of the unlock.

Refunds will be issued after RoamForce reviews usage on your account and when all products are returned. Please note, depending on the region call details from our carrier partners may take up to 90 days for RoamForce to receive.

Returns must include all components, original packaging, manuals, and other accessories provided by RoamForce.

Incomplete, Scratched or Damaged Condition
RoamForce reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the customer when a return is in incomplete, scratched or damaged condition. The return freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
